1. Welcome to Cheesedrop
Cheesedrop is a private, invite-only online drawing club for children ages 8 to 12 and their parents. By creating a parent account, buying a pass, or allowing your child to use Cheesedrop, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use Cheesedrop
Parents and legal guardians may create accounts and buy passes. Children under 13 may use Cheesedrop only with verified parental consent. Children never create their own accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
3. Rooms, passes, and invitations
A room pass opens a private drawing room for a scheduled time. A squad pass unlocks chat and extended hours for one child. Rooms are entered only with a room key and password. Invitations are controlled by the hosting parent. Do not share room keys publicly.
4. Acceptable use
Cheesedrop is for kind, creative play. Do not use Cheesedrop to harass, bully, share personal information, post inappropriate content, or disrupt rooms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Payments and refunds
Passes are processed by Stripe. Squad passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact hello@playcheesedrop.com.
6. Intellectual property
Children keep ownership of the art they create. Parents may download or delete their child's drawings from the parent dashboard. Cheesedrop owns the service, brand, and underlying software.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Cheesedrop is provided as-is. We work hard to keep rooms safe and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes that affect children or parents will be emailed to account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
